Frank Conversations

I work with you to navigate the emotional challenges of divorce by reducing overwhelm, creating a sense of calm, and nurturing emotional support. I empower you to move forward with confidence and clarity, allowing you to embrace your new chapter with resilience and self-empowerment.

Experience

Nina has a professional background in education and is a published author in academic psychology exploring mental health. She is currently undertaking research for a PhD, spanning sociology and psychology, and exploring how unspoken social narratives shape us and our behaviour.

Combining this background in education, sociology and psychology with her specialist training as a divorce coach, Nina has a unique skill set to support clients.

Approach

Nina offers an empathic and knowledgeable approach. She is well-qualified and her practice is underpinned by research, experience and proven methods. However, above all, Nina entwines integrity, empathy and empowerment into all her work.

By being her client’s thinking partner, she aims to empower people to seek out a strength and resilience they didn’t know they had.

Specialisms

Nina works with a range of different clients, all navigating their own unique huge life transition. She frequently works with the Police Officers Firearms Association UK, supporting officers, and supports couples considering separation and divorce. In addition, Nina also runs a number of support groups for primary caregivers, and frequently supports people  finding their feet in a new co or parallel-parenting relationship.
