Olivia qualified as a solicitor in March 2021. She worked exclusively in family law for four years prior to qualifying and she had a tailored training contract to be primarily focused on this area of the law. Olivia worked at a legal 500 tier 1 boutique firm in London as a paralegal, before moving to a full service firm in Marlow Buckinghamshire, where she completed her training. Olivia joined Stowe in March 2024 and works in the Reading office.
Specialisms
Olivia specialises in all matters that arise as a result of a breakdown of a marriage or relationship, including finance, children and cohabitation disputes. Olivia typically works on financial matters with low to mid-level assets but she has assisted with a number of high net worth cases. Olivia has also been instructed on urgent injunctive applications involving complex allegations of coercive control and domestic abuse. The same complexities involving these types of allegations have arisen in cases that Olivia has dealt with in respect of child arrangements applications.

Olivia plays netball weekly with a local team. Olivia is passionate about marine life and has her PADI advanced open water certificate in scuba diving. She took a voluntary position doing conservation work in the Seychelles which involved learning and monitoring aquatic life in the Indian Ocean.
