Penny-jo is a Senior Associate based out of our Bristol office.
Penny-jo has over 10 years’ post-qualification experience specialising exclusively in family law. She has advised clients on a wide range of family matters arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, and private children disputes.
Penny-jo has particular experience in complex children cases, supporting clients through sensitive and often emotionally challenging matters involving child arrangements and parental disputes. Penny-jo is known for her calm and pragmatic approach, providing clear advice and tailored support to help clients navigate the legal process with confidence.
Penny-jo understands that family law matters can be both emotionally and practically challenging, particularly where disputes arise in relation to children or family relationships. She takes the time to listen carefully to her clients’ concerns and priorities, ensuring they feel heard, supported and fully informed throughout their case.
Known for her strong communication skills, Penny-jo explains the legal process and any complexities of the law in a clear and approachable way, helping clients to understand their options and make informed decisions with confidence. She provides calm, pragmatic guidance during what can often be a difficult period, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcome for them and their family.
Outside of work, Penny-jo has a strong passion for music. She enjoys playing the piano and keyboard, attending gigs and concerts, and sharing her love of music by teaching her children to play.
She has also performed at a number of Law Rocks charity events with her previous firm, including performances in Rome and at the iconic 100 Club in London.
