Rachel Lander

Rachel is committed to alternative dispute resolution and adopts a constructive, compassionate approach to family law. Her extensive experience in mediation equips her with the skills to guide clients through often traumatic situations with a focus on resolving disputes amicably and effectively, both inside and outside of court.

Training and Experience

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has held senior roles at several leading law firms. She led the family law department at Knights plc in Staffordshire before becoming a partner at Mace & Jones (now Weightmans) in Liverpool. Rachel joined Hawkins Family Law in 2006 and, after a period as a Consultant Solicitor, returned as a full team member in 2019.
