Training & experience 

Samantha has practised exclusively in the area of matrimonial law, since 2008. Whilst Samantha has predominantly worked within the local area, she has also gained invaluable experience working for a firm in Weybridge, working on high net worth, high profile and complex financial cases.

Specialisms

Samantha has knowledge and experience of various areas of family law for both married and unmarried couples including divorce, finances, children disputes, injunctive proceedings, cohabitee disputes and separation agreements.

Samantha believes strongly in providing clients with a pragmatic and sensible approach to the difficulties of family breakdown and is always supportive and compassionate. She endeavours not only to provide the highest level of legal expertise, but also to be approachable and sensitive to the needs of her clients.

Accreditations, memberships & awards

Samantha is a member of Resolution and is therefore committed to encouraging a conciliatory outcome to each case where possible. Samantha was a final nominee for the national award of Chartered Legal Executive of the Year in Family Law for 2018.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
