Sashina Thapa

Training & expertise

Sashina completed her Law degree and graduated in 2020. She then completed the Legal Practice Course with Master of Laws at BPP University in 2022. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, she worked as a Family Paralegal at a Legal 500 firm in the City of London, where she also completed her training contract with a focus exclusively on family law.

Sashina qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025 and continued practicing at a Legal 500 firm in the City of London before joining Stowe.

Specialisms

Sashina has experience in both matrimonial and children matters. She advises on a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and injunctions. She has particular experience in child arrangement matters involving safeguarding concerns and understands the sensitive and complex nature of these cases.

She understands that family matters can be emotionally challenging and often arise during some of the most difficult periods in a client’s life. She takes the time to build strong relationships with her clients, carefully listening to their concerns and understanding the unique circumstances surrounding each matter.

Outside of work, Sashina enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, learning about different cultures, and travelling to new countries.
