Specialisms

Tara advises on all aspects of family law but her particular expertise is dealing with complex Private Law Children Act disputes between parents including Child Arrangements Orders, Relocation, Change of Name, education, religion and parental alienation.

Tara has a wealth of experience dealing with Fact Finding hearings where there have been allegations of domestic abuse, violence and emotional harm.

Another area of Tara’s expertise is dealing with divorce and matrimonial finances in cases involving mid level assets.

Tara also deals with Domestic Violence Injunctions and applications involving occupation of family homes.

Approach

Tara prides herself in going the extra mile for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome for them. Tara has a down to earth and friendly approach and guides her clients through the process with clear and cost effective advice.

Training & Employment

Tara studied Law at the University of Sussex and has practised law in London for over 25 years. She joined Stowe Family Law’s London office as a Senior Family Lawyer in November 2021.

Outside of Work

Outside of work Tara enjoys Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes.
