Stowe Family Law recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list

Stowe Family Law Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026

Stowe Family Law (Stowe) is proud to announce its recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list, in partnership with employee experience platform WorkL.

The nationwide workplace survey celebrates the UK’s leading employers and recognises organisations with high levels of employee engagement, workplace culture and overall employee experience. This year’s list features 567 organisations across a range of sectors and industries.

The recognition reflects Stowe’s continued focus on creating a supportive, collaborative and people-focused culture for colleagues across the business.

Ken Fowlie, CEO at Stowe Family Law, said:

“We’re incredibly proud to be recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list.

We entered The Sunday Times Best Places to Work process wanting honest insight into how colleagues feel about working at Stowe and where we can continue to improve.

What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it reflects the experiences and feedback of our colleagues across the business. Their passion, care and commitment are what make Stowe the business it is today.

Whilst we’re delighted to celebrate this achievement, we also see it as motivation to keep listening, learning and continuing to build a workplace where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.”

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey highlights organisations that are leading the way in areas including wellbeing, inclusion, leadership, reward and recognition, and employee development.

Stowe Family Law is the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with more than 200 family lawyers across over 90 offices in England and Wales. The firm continues to invest in colleague experience, professional development and technology as part of its long-term growth strategy.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list can be viewed on the Sunday’s Times website.
