Chloë is a Senior Associate based out of our London Victoria office.
Chloë studied Psychology at Newcastle University, followed by a master’s degree and her subsequent legal training at the University of Law. She undertook the BPTC at Nottingham Law School and was awarded the Lord Diplock Major Scholarship from Middle Temple for her talent as a legal advocate, leading her to practise as a solicitor-advocate (with higher rights of audience). Chloë has worked exclusively in family law since 2014 and trained at a leading City law firm, qualifying in 2017.
Chloë’s legal practice encompasses all aspects of financial settlement on divorce, claims for unmarried couples, private children cases and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Chloë specialises in Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (REMO) cases, having worked on cases involving New York, Australia and New Zealand jurisdictions amongst others; notably providing expert evidence to the New Zealand court in a long running dispute that changed the outcome of the case.
Chloë encourages the use of dispute resolution, where appropriate, and has successfully concluded cases using arbitration, private FDRs and roundtable meetings.
