Emma McMorrow

Training and experience 

Emma was educated at St Helen’s School, Northwood and the University of St Andrews, where she studied History.

She undertook her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London.

Emma began her  career as a trainee solicitor in 2011 at a boutique firm in North London and has specialised in Family Law since then.

Emma joined Stowe’s London office in October 2023.

Specialisms 

Following qualification, Emma moved to a firm in the City where she gained extensive experience in handling divorce and financial remedy matters for high net worth individuals. Emma practiced a wide range of private family matters, including divorce and financial remedy cases which often involve the division of business assets, cross jurisdictional matters and family trusts.

Emma also has extensive experience advising in relation to injunctive matters and private children law cases which often involve contact disputes and relocation both within and outside of the jurisdiction.

Emma considers it very important to be trusted by her clients during this very vulnerable time, and working collaboratively with her team.
