Haydn is an Associate who works at our Leeds family law office.
Haydn has experience in many areas of family law, including financial remedies, nuptial agreements, private children – including relocation and removal from the jurisdiction – non-molestation orders, occupation orders, cohabitation issues, separation agreements, and advocacy.
Haydn studied Law at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2013 with a 2:1. In 2014, he completed the Bar Practice Training Course achieving a Very Competent before cross qualifying and completing his Legal Practice Course in 2020 for which he achieved a Distinction result. He qualified as a Solicitor in December 2022.
Having been the child of a contentious divorce himself, Haydn understands the emotional issues and the need to support people throughout their case. He is committed to providing practical and robust advice in a personable manner in order to reach a resolution for clients without undue stress or conflict.
When he is not working, Haydn enjoys walking in the countryside with his partner and dog, travelling, history and supporting his local team of Nottingham Forest.
