Judit deals with all aspects of family law, with a particular interest in divorce and financial consequences of a relationship breakdown.
Judit graduated from the University of Kent with LLB(hons) in Law before undertaking the Legal Practice Course with Masters in Law at the University of Law. Judit has worked in the area of Family Law since March 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in April 2020.
Judit joined Stowe’s Bristol office in October 2023.
Judit deals with all aspects of family law, with a particular interest in divorce and financial consequences of a relationship breakdown. She also assists clients with managing financial matters by way of pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.
Judit has extensive experience dealing with cases involving domestic abuse and mental health issues. She has successfully represented victims of domestic violence obtaining protective injunctions and Children Act orders prioritising children’s welfare.
Judit recognises that family proceedings can be very difficult and emotional, therefore it is imperative that clients are handled with care and are provided clear and solution-focused legal advice.
Judit supports clients from the outset of the case until conclusion, striving to achieve a desirable outcome for the client while taking into account their individual circumstances. Judit’s advocacy experience enables her to represent clients at court hearings and strengthen the relationship of trust between client and lawyer as a result of the ongoing involvement.
Judit is an SRA regulated solicitor and a member of Resolution.
In her spare time, Judit enjoys being active and regularly competes in Crossfit. Judit likes to take advantage of living near the sea and she is often found walking her two dogs on the beach after work.
