Molly is a Solicitor based in Stowe’s Newcastle office.
Molly completed the M Law Exempting degree at Northumbria University in 2016. During her time at university, she volunteered at Support Through Court, assisting litigants in person on a pro bono basis, with family and civil law matters.
Following graduation, Molly worked as a paralegal for a regional firm, and as a generalist advisor for Citizens Advice. She completed her training contract at a reputable firm, choosing to spend one year in the family law department, where she gained exposure to both private and public law matters.
Molly joined Stowe’s Newcastle office in October 2023.
Molly specialises in divorce and separation including financial matters, issues regarding child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
Molly also has a keen interest in the law surrounding surrogacy arrangements. She completed her dissertation at university about the topic which included her proposals for reform.
Molly understands family law matters are often accessed during highly emotional and stressful times and offers a friendly, patient, and sensitive approach to each client. She appreciates each client is different and that each client requires a tailored and personal touch. Molly ensures advice is relayed to clients in a clear and concise way, so they understand the process each step of the way.
Molly is passionate about building client relationships and strive to achieve the best outcome for each client.
Molly enjoys spending time at the beach and cold water swimming (when she is brave enough).
