Canadian TV actor Will Arnett took to the gym “obsessively” after separating from second wife Amy Poehler last year.
The 43 year-old, best known for his role in sitcoms Arrested Development and 30 Rock, told Details magazine:
“If going to the gym obsessively for eight, nine months was my way of dealing, then let that be my worst problem.”
The father of two also spoke of his confusion over a return to the dating world:
“I don’t know what you do. Do you put out an announcement in the trades? I’M DATING! It all seems very scary to me, to be honest. So I’m kind of keeping pretty close counsel right now.”
He added:
“I’m 43, and I’ve found my happiness — which is my kids.”
Arnett produced produced and appeared in male grooming documentary Mansome alongside filmmaker and TV presenter Morgan Spurlock. The latter is best known for his 2004 fast food documentary Super Size Me
