Lawyers at Stowe have been recognised nationally by Resolution, the UK’s leading family law organisation.
Sarah Barr-Young and Mark Heppinstall from the Ilkley office and Camilla Burton-Baddeley from the Altrincham office are now accredited specialists in the areas of complex financial remedies and private children law.
Resolution members are committed to a Code of Practice to resolve family law disputes in a constructive way to preserve people’s dignity and encourage agreements.
Achievement of the Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation demonstrates an expertise of working in a way that limits or prevents conflict and distress throughout the divorce process, whilst avoiding litigation wherever possible.
