Pensions and divorce: Marilyn Stowe in the Daily Mail

Senior Partner Marilyn Stowe was interviewed for the Daily Mail to discuss the recent comments made by Pensions Minister Steve Webb.

The Liberal Democrat MP for Thornbury and Yate advised stay-at-home mothers to fight for a share of their husbands’ pensions should they get a divorce.

Mrs Stowe noted that ignoring a pension was not uncommon as “circumstances tend to dictate an emphasis on immediate needs”.
