Senior Partner Marilyn Stowe was interviewed for an article in The Telegraph this weekend. Once again, she was discussing the Caroline Hopkins post-nuptial agreement story.
Mrs Stowe said that the judge in this case had “pared [Ms Hopkins] needs right down to the bone and was not generous at all”.
She added that the case was “textbook application of the law and a classic example of how cruel it can be”.
Mrs Stowe advised that for any separating partner who is poorer, a post-nuptial agreement “cannot possibly be to your advantage”.
