Senior Solicitor Paul Linsdell is the latest addition to the Stowe Family Law team in Winchester.
Paul joins the team after gaining valuable experience at other law firms in Winchester, across Hampshire and in Surrey during his 12 year career, during which he has specialised exclusively in family law. He offers clients particular expertise in divorce, complex and international financial issues and contentious disputes concerning children. He also routinely advises on prenuptial agreements and the legal issues surrounding cohabitation.
Paul has also worked with grandparents struggling to see their grandchildren following acrimonious family breakdowns. He is renowned for his personal touch and has been hailed by the Legal 500 website as:
“A very experienced family lawyer who always shows warmth and tact.”
Paul, who grew up just outside Winchester, is a member of Resolution and is accredited by the Law Society as a Family Law Specialist.
He said:

In his downtime Paul is a whisky enthusiast and a keen supporter of Southampton Football Club.
