There have been two new appointments at the Manchester office of Stowe Family Law, the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with Michelle Ashworth joining as Senior Solicitor and Gareth Curtis being promoted to Managing Partner.
Michelle joins us with nearly 20 years’ experience in all aspects of family law particularly divorce, cohabitation, children matters and division of assets. She specialises in high-net-worth cases that involve complex financial transactions and has worked on cases involving assets held in foreign jurisdictions, complicated trusts, family businesses and property portfolios.
She said:
“I am delighted to join Stowe Family Law and have the opportunity to work in the heart of this great city on Cross Street. My recent training in Psychology has provided me with an alternative perspective when supporting my clients and helping them to achieve an amicable resolution.”
Joining Stowe in October 2017, Gareth practices a broad range of private family matters with a speciality in financial remedy cases. He advises wealthy individuals and professionals involving complex financial matters, businesses and Trust arrangements. He also has extensive experience in cases involving freezing injunctions, maintenance pending suit actions and financial provision for children.
