How we helped

Our solicitors helped the client to understand her legal rights and the options available to her. We applied for and secured a non-molestation order that would help protect both her and the children from any further domestic abuse. We also referred our client to a trusted local domestic abuse support charity for additional help.   

We were then able to deal with the divorce and financial settlement, negotiating a fair division of the couple’s assets. The settlement ensured our client could provide a stable home for her children.
