Stowe Family Law Nottingham, the UK's largest specialised family law practice, has conducted a comprehensive study that offers deep insight into divorce statistics for each postcode in the country.
Through a careful analysis of historical divorce data, the study reveals how successful marriages are in each town and city in the UK while providing valuable information about the likelihood of divorce based on postcode.
By creating an interactive database that incorporates publicly available divorce data, the research team has been able to compare the number of divorce applications per postcode to the national average divorce rate, giving a fascinating insight into how couples' probability to stay married may vary depending on where they call home.

“As the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, we developed this tool, to provide a fascinating insight into divorce rates for every postcode in the UK.
Interestingly, the data reveals that in Nottingham there are wide discrepancies from the average which raises the question of why that might be. There does not appear to be any single theme that unites those with higher or lower incidence rates.”
