Siobhan practices all areas of family law with a particular emphasis on the financial elements of separation. Siobhan has acted for many high net worth individuals in both finance and children proceedings and in multiple jurisdictions, including, advising on the legality of foreign prenuptial agreements in England and the settlement of assets based abroad. In regards to Children, Siobhan advises on all private children law matters and has acted in complex cases involving child abduction and international relocation.
Siobhan recognises that every one of her client’s is unique and that one approach does not fit all, especially in relation to family matters which are often extremely sensitive. Siobhan tailors her approach to meet the needs of her clients to ensure they receive the best possible service. Siobhan is a member of Resolution and believes that where matters can be settled amicably out of Court, this is in the interests of all parties concerned; where this is not possible, Siobhan is a strong advocate for her client’s and takes a firm but fair approach to litigation.
