Stowe Family Law launched its Wills, Tax, Trusts & Probate service in 2013.
It quickly became a valuable in-house service for new and existing clients, especially those going through a divorce. The terms of an existing will remain in force until the decree absolute is granted. In general, a new will as well as any trusts or probate issues need to be drawn up at the outset of any divorce or separation.
Our specialist solicitors are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly. We help clients to preserve assets and assist them in planning for and protecting their futures, both individually and for their families.
