At the final hearing, our client was successful on all key issues with the court agreeing with our position and ruling in our client’s favour. As a result, our client was awarded a fair share of the approximately £13 million in matrimonial assets. In addition, the court made significant costs orders in our client’s favour. This was a reflection of the unreasonable manner in which the husband had conducted his case, and the effectiveness of our approach in dealing with his arguments.
