Our client had first instructed another family law firm to deal with their divorce, but after becoming unhappy with the progress of the case, approached our experienced legal team in Windsor for support.
By the time we took over, our client had completed their financial disclosure forms and provided supporting documents. Their spouse hadn’t offered full financial disclosure and was starting to raise difficulties around the proposed child arrangements.
