Elevate is a programme offering mentoring and professional support for those wishing to progress to the next stage of their career, providing a structured pathway for lawyer advancement.
Huge congratulations to Kate McCarthy and Filomena Sterkaj both have been promoted from Senior Associate into the role of Team Leader Partner.
Congratulations to Ashley Le Core, Jennifer Reddy and Jo Backwith who all successfully move from Senior Associate to Partner. They are joined by Senior Associates Sarah Hodges and Cheryl Grace who have also secured the role of Partner.
Stowe is delighted to announce that Solicitors Rachael Wilson, Charlotte Hallam, Lauren Singh, Kate Whelan and Lauren Ashforth have been promoted to Associate. They are joined by Samantha Edwards, Charlotte Brown, Barbara Marques and Pooja Patel who have all successfully secured the role of Associate.
In addition, Zoe Carter moves to a Team Leader Partner role from Partner.
