We are delighted to announce that Solicitor Jonathan Day has joined the London office of Stowe Family Law.
Jonathan advises on all areas of family law including divorce, civil partnerships, matrimonial finance, cohabitation issues and private law children cases. He has worked on a number of high-profile divorce cases involving public figures and media interest.
Prior to qualifying, Jonathan worked for a private bank where he developed an in-depth knowledge of the various vehicles used to hold assets including trusts, off-shore funds and companies.
This has proven to be invaluable when working on high-net worth cases that involve complex financial transactions. He has worked on cases involving assets held in foreign jurisdictions, financial settlements following an overseas divorce, crypto-currencies, asset tracing, family businesses and property portfolios.
