Jonathan also deals with private children proceedings including where a child should live, contact following a period of absence, permission to relocate with a child and cases involving allegations of abuse.
Training & employment experience
Jonathan worked for a private bank before qualifying as a solicitor where he developed an indepth knowledge of the various vehicles used to hold assets including trusts, off-shore funds and companies.
