We are pleased to announce that the Stowe Family Law office in Birmingham is now open taking our office count to 18 and further building on our position as the country’s largest specialist family law practice.
The office is headed up by new Managing Partner, Rebecca Calden-Storr. Rebecca has practised law in the city since 2002 and brings with her extensive experience in all aspects of family law including divorce and finances, separation, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements and variation and enforcement of financial orders.
Rebecca is also an expert in difficult cases involving children and her work frequently encompasses complex issues including parental alienation, allegations of psychological and physical abuse. Due to the complexity, she frequently represents clients in hearings with multiple parties and experts, working with barristers and QCs in Birmingham and London.
Rebecca Calden-Storr, Managing Partner said:
“It is an exciting time for Stowe and I am delighted to be given the opportunity to open and lead this new office in Birmingham. Having been divorced myself with young children, I understand the difficulties faced by clients during a family breakdown. With a determined and proactive approach, I provide clear, strategic advice with compassion to seek cost-effective and low conflict resolutions, where possible, for my clients.”
Stowe Family Law CEO Charles Hartwell said:
“I am delighted to announce that Stowe has opened its first office in Birmingham, our second in the Midlands following a successful opening in Nottingham last month. Rebecca will lead a team of expert family lawyers that will focus on providing the very best legal advice in the area, with an approach that is tailored to the needs of each individual client. With access to nearly 70 family lawyers within the firm, Stowe has the experience and knowledge to efficiently handle any case; no matter how complex or simple it may seem.”
Mr Hartwell added:
“Each of our lawyers is selected not just for their technical knowledge and ability to understand the best approach for each case but to embrace our culture and be able to take the burden off our client’s shoulders during what can be an extremely difficult and emotional journey. When I first met Rebecca, I knew instantly that she was perfect to run our new Birmingham office.”
