Yes, we do. Here at Stowe Family Law, we pride ourselves on providing the best solutions for each of our client’s circumstances – sometimes, that includes not going to court.
This is why we offer a range of alternative dispute resolution services (ADR), including collaborative law, arbitration, and mediation. Don’t worry if you’re not sure which is the right solution for your situation. Our internal Client Care team will listen to your circumstances and recommend the right option (as well as the right solicitor) for your needs.
A cohabitation agreement (also known as a living together agreement) isn’t essential when unmarried couples move in together. Currently, however, the law doesn’t offer the same rights to unmarried couples as it does to those who are married. Therefore, many unmarried couples are creating cohabitation agreements to provide them with the rights they deserve.
Our solicitors will listen to your needs and draft an agreement that is tailored to your situation. This way, you have everything you need to keep your future safe.
