Specialisms

Theo advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and financial settlements, children issues, cohabitation disputes and pre-nuptial agreements. He has a particular interest in cases involving financial settlements on divorce which often include issues such as trusts, inherited wealth and business interests.

He also has experience in representing clients in relation to claims against estates under the Inheritance Act (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Training & employment experience

He has an MA in English Literature and Language from St Andrews University. He has been practising as a family lawyer since 2005.
