Jemma Slavin

Jemma is Regional Director for Midlands, South-West and Wales.

Jemma has established herself as a highly respected practitioner initially in Surrey and London and more recently in the South West and Wales following her return in 2015. Louise Chipchase

Louise is Managing Partner for South-West and Wales.

Louise advises clients on divorce or separation. Louise’s cases typically include issues around high income, substantial and often complex business interests, trusts and substantial pensions. Louise advises on prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. Louise also has experience negotiating and advising on arrangements for children, including specific issues about schooling and relocation out of the jurisdiction, and is a member of Resolution. Rachel is Senior Solicitor for South-West and Wales.

Rachel has advised and represented clients in divorce and financial remedy proceedings, and has experience of working with unmarried clients. Rachel frequently advises on agreements reached in the mediation process. Amy is Senior Solicitor for South-West and Wales.

Amy is a Senior Solicitor specialising in complex divorce and financial matters arising upon marriage. Amy also represents parents in disputes regarding child arrangement orders to include a number of cases involving internal relocation and parental alienation. Joanna Newton

Joanna is Senior Solicitor for South-West and Wales.

Joanna is a senior solicitor at Stowe Family Law’s Bristol office, having previously trained in the city. She is a member of Resolution and the Chair of Bristol YRes. She acts for a wide range of clients, advising in relation to divorce, dissolution, pre-marital and cohabitation agreements. She also advises in relation to financial matters upon relationship breakdown including complex issues relating to family trusts and business assets. Zoe Carter

Zoe is a Solicitor for the South-West and Wales.

Zoe predominately deals with Child Law matters acting for parents and also grandparents. This includes disputes relating to child arrangement orders such as where a child should live or who they should spend time with, as well as specific issue applications relating to leaving the jurisdiction and change of schools. Zoe has represented parties where Children’s Services are involved and worked closely with domestic abuse organisations including Women’s Aid and instigated court proceedings for victims of domestic abuse to obtain orders to ensure their safety and safeguarding of children. Lucy is a Solicitor for the South-West and Wales.

Sian Gibbon

Sian is a Legal Assistant for the South-West and Wales.

Sian has worked in family law for 10 years. After studying Psychology at university she worked as a temporary Receptionist at a small firm in Newport, South Wales, progressing from Receptionist to Legal Secretary within the firm before leaving in 2018 to join Stowe Family Law. Lisa Smith

Lisa is a Legal Assistant for the South-West and Wales.

Lisa undertakes a range of tasks from telephone enquiries/chasing up matters, preparing Court bundles and Counsels bundles, diarising relevant dates and preparing draft letters. Lisa has worked in the legal sector for just over 23 years. She started out as an accounts clerk and worked up to become a legal secretary/legal assistant, working for a solicitors in Newport for 23 years before joining Stowe in 2021.
