What court will I attend?
If you live in Woking or the surrounding area, you will attend Staines County Court and Family Court. Most of our cases are settled out of court, but if this is not possible, we will provide expert legal representation and ensure that you are fully supported and prepared throughout the process.
Staines County Court and Family Court is located at Knowle Green, Staines-upon-Thames, close to the River Thames and within easy reach of the town centre. If you are travelling by train, Staines railway station is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. From the station, walk along Station Road towards the town centre, heading in the direction of the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre and Two Rivers Shopping Centre. Continue towards Knowle Green, where the court is situated near the offices of Spelthorne Borough Council.
If you are travelling by car from Woking, follow the A320 towards Staines and then join the A308 towards the town centre and Knowle Green.
