Specialisms
James has experience in a breadth of family law issues, including divorce, finances, unmarried partners and children disputes.
James has two areas of specialty: advising on the removal, or the prevention thereof, of children from the jurisdiction and financial division upon divorce. The latter of these often includes significant assets and income, some of which involve prosperous businesses or sizeable pensions.
Although these are James’ areas of particular interest, he is fully committed to all aspects of family law and has experience in advising on the rights of unmarried partners, other children related issues, nuptial agreements, non-molestation and occupation orders.
James is a member of Resolution.
