Phoebe has experience of resolving a large variety of financial matters from significant high-net-worth clients to those with smaller assets. Her cases have involved High Court Proceedings with complex business structures and international elements. She is also able to advise clients on cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Phoebe additionally can assist parents who disagree where their children should live and how much time they should spend with each parent. She has experience in dealing with high conflict scenarios.
She is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers who are committed to constructive resolution and non-confrontational practice.

Phoebe has a constructive, empathetic and knowledgeable approach. She will negotiate client-focused settlements, where possible, but also is robust and pragmatic where Court proceedings are necessary to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Training & employment
Phoebe studied Law at the University of Exeter and later completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. Phoebe qualified in 2014 and since then has specialised exclusively in Family Law.
