Sobiah advises on all aspects of Family Law, she has particular expertise in dealing with complex Private Law Children Act disputes between parents including, child arrangements orders, dealing with relocation applications, change of name and parental alienation. She also advises grandparents on their rights regarding Child Arrangement Orders. Another area of Sobiah’s expertise is dealing with divorce and matrimonial finances in cases involving med-high level assets. She provides advice to clients who require a pre/post nuptial agreement and separation agreement for cohabiting parties. Sobiah also provides advice to clients who require an Islamic divorce. Sobiah also deals with domestic violence injunctions for a Non Molestation and Occupation Order and Forced Marriage Protection Orders.
