Kate has been instructed by many high net worth individuals with assets in excess of £5 million. She specialises in medium to high net worth financial cases involving private family businesses and trust structures.
Kate is a specialist in advanced financial provision and private children law. In addition, Kate is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator.
Kate also regularly acts for parents in private law children cases.
Training & employment experience
Kate graduated from Reading University with a degree in English. Shortly afterwards she found herself working at a local firm of solicitors. Deciding to retrain, Kate studied at Chester College of Law and qualified in 1997. By 2002, she became a partner.
