With over ten years’ experience, Sarah is known for her straightforward approach and commitment to achieving the best outcome for each clients based on their unique circumstances.
Sarah received a 2:1 at the University of Southampton for her Law LLB degree and then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. Sarah completed her training at a mid-sized firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Before joining Stowe Family Law, Sarah worked as a solicitor for a Local Authority in their Child Protection department, where she regularly carried out her own advocacy in Court. Sarah joined Stowe Family Law’s Esher office in early 2022 as a Senior Associate.
Sarah has extensive experience in dealing with cases involving; divorce, financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, post nuptial agreements, cohabiting couples, civil partnership dissolution, domestic abuse, children issues, declarations of trust, grandparents rights, change of school, medical/religious disputes (children), separation agreements, schedule 1 applications and child abduction.
Sarah combines a direct, no-nonsense approach with empathy, and a focus that goes beyond the legal outcomes. Sarah is committed to helping clients understand the long-term implications of the decisions they make, balancing the cost-effective negotiation of settlements whilst protecting her client’s interests at all times. Sarah prides herself on helping clients lay the foundation for the next chapter in their lives.
Sarah loves spending time with her young children, husband and crazy Labradoodle. Sarah also enjoys horse riding and competes in dressage at local level when she has the time!
