Cath has over 20 years experience in all areas of family law including finances and child-centric resolutions. Financial matters can range from straight forward to the more complex issues such as multiple properties in the UK and abroad, pensions and commercial properties. Cath can assist with prenuptial agreements/postnuptial agreements and dealing with the complexities arising from separating cohabiting couples.
Cath is a member of Resolution.
Training & employment experience
Cath began her legal career as a legal secretary, progressing by undertaking legal studies through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) part-time in the evenings. Cath qualified as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2011.

Cath is committed to providing her clients with the best outcome possible, delivering that outcome with total empathy, compassion and understanding throughout the case. Cath can, however, be robust with her opponents and is not afraid to take a stance to maintain her client’s position when circumstances dictate.

Outside of work
Cath enjoys spending her time with her husband, children, grand-children and walking the dog. Cath also enjoys theatre, concerts, holidays and evenings out with her friends.
