Katrina specialises in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, separation, and domestic violence matters, including applications for injunctions.
Katrina graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2016 with a Law degree, supplemented by a Professional Practice Diploma. She secured a scholarship for a placement at a Legal Advice Centre in San Diego, California, where she worked on Immigration, Asylum, and Domestic Violence matters. Katrina has several years of pre-qualification experience, predominantly focusing on family law, private client, and child support.
She studied the Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law at the University of Law in Guildford, alongside completing her training contract at a Guildford firm. Katrina qualified as a solicitor in March 2023 and joined Stowe’s Reading office in March 2024.
Katrina is a proud member of Resolution and Surrey Young Resolution, organisations dedicated to promoting constructive dispute resolution and minimising conflict in family law matters. Additionally, she is a member of the Association of Women’s Solicitors Surrey, where she contributes to the advancement of women in the legal profession.
In 2016, Katrina received the prestigious ‘Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services’ from the State Bar of California. This award recognised her voluntary provision of legal services to the poor or disadvantaged, her efforts in improving the law and the legal system, and her commitment to increasing access to justice for all.
