Georgina advises and represents clients in divorce and financial remedy proceedings, and has experience of working with unmarried clients. Georgina advises on agreements reached in the mediation process. Additionally, she advises, and represents clients in the Family Court, those clients who have been unable to reach an agreement

Georgina is a personable and empathetic solicitor with excellent client care skills who promotes a constructive approach to the sensitive issues associated with the breakdown of relationships. She explores the possibility of an agreed settlement wherever possible but is determined and meticulous in order to ensure that the cases that cannot be agreed result in the best possible outcome for her clients.

Training and experience

Georgina is an experienced solicitor who qualified in 2000 and has been in practice for a number of years. Georgina has lectured on professional law courses for both solicitors and barristers teaching civil litigation advocacy and family. Georgina is well versed in all aspects of family law, she has worked on high net worth cases, ancillary relief proceedings, cases involving children, cohabitation and TOLATA cases.

Outside of work

Outside of work Georgina enjoys spending time with her children and family, running and socialising with friends. Georgina also enjoys foreign travel.
