Aaron has a particular interest in complex and high value financial settlements arising from divorce proceedings.
Aaron has experience advising on cases involving family trusts, family businesses and overseas assets. He has also previously advised a number of clients on pre-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.
Aaron regularly advises parents on contact and residence disputes, including relocation both in the UK and abroad. He has also acted on behalf of grandparents and other family members in children proceedings.
Aaron often undertakes his own advocacy; representing his clients at court in both children and financial cases.

Aaron adopts a personal and pragmatic approach to all of his cases, combined with a tenacity to achieve the best possible outcome for each client. He is committed to providing his clients with sensible and jargon-free advice from start to finish.
Training & Employment
Aaron obtained his Law Degree from Cardiff University in 2011 and subsequently went on to graduate with a distinction in his Master’s Degree in International Human Rights Law. He then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford whilst working as a paralegal in the Family Department of a busy south coast firm. Aaron completed his training and qualified as a Family Law Solicitor in 2017. He was also awarded his Higher Rights of Audience qualification in 2017, allowing him to appear as an advocate in the senior courts of England and Wales.
Outside of Work
Outside of work Aaron is a keen musician. He also enjoys playing football and keeping fit. Aaron completed the Southampton Marathon last year and is currently training for his next challenge.
