Specialisms

Bethan’s particular specialism lies in domestic and international surrogacy arrangements, in which she frequently conducts her own advocacy. Training & employment experience

Bethan graduated from the University of Southampton in 2013, before completing her LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. While studying, and during her gap year, Bethan completed work experience with a High Court judge and spent time at a number of family law firms and barristers chambers. Bethan trained in a niche fertility law firm and has specialised in family law throughout her career.
