Claire’s experience includes cases involving high value and complex structures, often with international assets and jurisdiction issues. Claire often investigates hidden assets with input from our in-house forensic accountants.
Claire also advises on cases where injunctive action may be required to protect her clients and assists in cases where there is domestic violence.
She also often represents clients in complex children’s proceedings where there has been local authority involvement and also in applications to remove/contest removal of children from the jurisdiction.
Training & employment experience
She was educated at Hertfordshire law school. Claire was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and has been specialising in family law ever since. Before joining Stowe, Claire was heavily involved in developing, expanding and running the family law teams at three other firms.
Approach
Claire is a member of Resolution, dedicated to resolving matters as amicably and cost-effectively as possible. Claire is approachable and gives very clear advice.

Outside of work
Claire enjoys spending time with friends and family, practising Pilates and running. So far, she has run the 5K and 10K Race for Life to help raise money for cancer research.
