Claire has a particular expertise in advising clients about financial issues arising upon a relationship breakdown including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements. She also provides advice and assistance through the mediation process, negotiation and conducting Court proceedings.
Claire regularly advises clients in relation to property disputes, and the claims of unmarried couples including preparing declarations of trust. Claire has considerable experience of civil proceedings arising from property claims having taken many cases to trial.
Other areas she specialises in include advising and representing clients on children disputes, including leave to remove cases. Claire has also been consulted by clients in relation to children and financial cases with an international element from countries including Spain, Singapore, Greece and Australia.

Having spent over 15 years advising clients on family law issues, Claire has gained invaluable experience. Claire has also built up a network of personal and professional contacts including accountants and independent advisors who are able to offer support to clients.
