I advise on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation and cohabitation. I specialise in Child Law matters acting regularly for parents and grandparents in applications to spend time with children or in deciding where a child should live. I also deal with issues relating to domestic abuse and regularly assist clients in applying for non-molestation orders and occupation orders to protect a client and their family.
I aim to give clients clear and constructive advice in an empathetic and approachable manner in order to achieve the best possible outcome, whilst trying to keep relationships between the parties positive.
Training & Employment
I studied for my Law Degree and LPC at Cardiff University. I qualified in 2007 and have specialised in family law since that time. I have worked in Gloucestershire since 2005.
Outside of Work
I have two young, crazy children who I love to spend time with. I enjoy cooking, art, music, spending time outdoors and when the world returns to normal, seeing family and friends.
