D v. D EWCA Civ 181 (for the Appellant)
“I wish to thank you for your professional conduct and ‘patience’. You have taken me through every complex step carefully and adequately so I can fully understand.
“Gavin, you are an absolute credit to Stowe and no matter what the final outcome is I wish to take this opportunity now to thank you for what you have achieved for me and my son.
“Above all, you have instilled some confidence and strength I thought I had lost many years ago”.
“I have spent the last three days wondering how on earth I can thank you. I’m so sorry; I’m not normally at a loss for an appropriate ‘thing’ to do, and find myself in the unique position of just not knowing how to tell you just how unbelievably grateful I am for your time, approach, care and above all wisdom.
“For the first time in nearly two years I feel less in a spiral and more in control. Empowered.
“I just wish that you could know what an enormous difference two hours with you has made – to me, and to my children”.
“I cannot thank you enough for the professional and legal support you provided throughout the whole process. The clear and defined advice and directions that you communicated to me was excellent. You helped me to take each legal step with a clear understanding.”
