Jazmin advises on all aspects of family law; she is experienced in guiding clients through complex financial proceedings and negotiating financial agreements. Jazmin often supports vulnerable clients through the divorce process and her work has increasingly involved dealing with coercive and controlling behaviour and issuing urgent court applications for non-molestation and occupation orders.
Jazmin also advises on private children matters, including dealing with applications for child arrangements, prohibited steps and specific issue orders as well as advising in relation to Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 proceedings.
Jazmin is a member of Resolution and is committed to non-confrontational divorce.

Training & Employment
Jazmin studied Law at the University of East Anglia and completed her LPC LLM at the University of Law, London.
Jazmin qualified as a family solicitor in 2018, having trained and qualified at Howard Kennedy LLP where she pre-dominantly advised high-net-worth individuals from the entertainment and sports industries in their divorce, finance and children matters.
Outside of Work
Jazmin loves to walk locally at sunrise and sunset to enjoy the ever-changing views of the High Weald AONB. She often travels between North Devon and Wales visiting family, enjoys playing the piano to unwind and has recently started to learn Spanish.
