Laura advises on all aspects of divorce and separation, financial remedies and disputes relating to children. Laura also has experience in cohabitation matters and injunctive proceedings. Laura is a member of Y-Res, a network for newly qualified family law professionals committed to the future of family law and the constructive resolution of family disputes.
Laura takes a sensitive yet professional approach when dealing with clients and is committed to securing the best achievable outcome for her clients while realistically managing expectations. As a member of Resolution, Laura endorses an amicable and constructive approach to family law matters in order to reach resolutions as expeditiously and cost effectively as possible. However, Laura will apply a more robust approach if required. Laura is meticulous in her work and pragmatic in her advice.
Training & Employment
Laura graduated from Queen Mary and Westfield University of London in 2004 with a degree in English Literature and Hispanic Studies before converting to law and completing her Legal Practice Certificate at BPP University. Laura qualified in 2016 and has specialised in family law since that time. Laura had amassed over 10 years’ experience in law including family law, at PA/paralegal level prior to qualification.
Outside of Work
Outside of work Laura enjoys cooking and trying out new and exciting culinary hotspots. Laura has an interest in Hispanic culture and enjoys practicing and maintaining her knowledge of the Spanish language. Laura also loves to travel and enjoys planning multi-trips and adventure holidays as well as reading.
