First and foremost, I ensure that I meet my client’s needs whatever the family law issue. My additional training in Psychology helps me to provide alternative approaches and strategies to ensure an amicable resolve, where possible.

Michelle has advised and represented clients in divorce and financial matters, clients who have not been married and those who have issues in relation to their children.

Michelle has significant experience of complex financial cases involving substantial income and capital, both in this country and abroad, as well as matters involving business and trust aspects. She has advised unmarried clients in relation to property disputes and those who have not been able to reach agreement about arrangements for their children, in relation to clients seeing children and also financial disputes relating to children too.
